japanese feast.

i had a unforgettable date today.

first, we went to plaza singapura to try out UZAP, IGALLOP and ISYMPHONY! so cool! it was so shiok! haha and the guy who was at the uzap was dam funnyyy, saying that he's same age as us when he looks 30 plus. but wad a pity they didn't allow us to take photos. the igallop is one piece of cool shyt but i din find it very useful actually. haha. and the salespersons actually asked us to buy it. haha can't they see that we are still students living off our parents!
n after that we went to eat japanese food at Ma Maison Restaurant, which serves a fusion of japanese and western cuisines. and the place is cool! very nice atmosphere, but a bit too dark to jonfang's liking. but still, it's a good place for dating, but a bad place for mugging. even so, there was a girl mugging in the restaurant. sick shit. anywayy i ordered the omuraisu; jonfang ordered the curry udon. and obviously, jonfang's food was more value-for-money than mine. (btw how i judge the worth of food is by quantity, not quality, so his had both udon and rice, whereas mine only has rice. unfair. and it's the same price.) but anyway it was niceeee!
here is it!

many nabes around.

and after that, still feeling dissatisfied, we went to boat quay, which was so cool and cooling, but we couldn't find any japanese restaurants, so we walked down the river (wow so romantic) to clarke quay, to YOYOGI!

hahaha we passed by there last night (c.f previous entry) but it was closed. so fang and i went there today. it's so cool! by the way im quite amused by the name, cuz in the city yoyogi in japan (which is next to shinjuku station), it is full of tuition centres, cram schools. so minzheng and i used to call it a paradise for muggers.

and then we ate the santen mori! which cost almost $30 and only had 15 pieces of sashimi- sake, maguro and mekajiki!

and next time we are going to drink shochu (but it's damn ex!) and im going to eat ochazuke and many many more! (before i go ns and eat shit) haha and we are going to en bar, and the neighbouring japanese restaurants sometime!
